Maintenance of the lifting station Aqualift S Scope of services (all work is carried out according to the inspection card): - Visual inspection to make sure that it is functioning - Cleaning the system - Checking the non-return valves - Checking the pump function - Checking the control unit - Information on the maintenance obligation for the owner-operator, optional - System must be handed over in a safe operational state - The recorded values are documented in a maintenance report Requirements on site: - Contact person must be on site - Access to the system and control unit - A hose water connection must be provided nearby Note: - Regular maintenance is a prerequisite for the warranty and insurance cover - Not included are costs for: - Material expenses over 20 euros - Any additional incidental expenses are charged based on the expenses incurred - Difficult conditions, repair services, additional work - Wasted journeys despite prior notice Lifting stations must be regularly serviced by a specialist company in accordance with EN 12056-4. The following intervals must not be exceeded: - 3 months for systems in commercial use - 6 months for systems in multi-family homes - 1 year for systems in single-family homes The price stated is for each maintenance operation.
